Tips On How To Make A Prezi Powerpoint

By Etta Bowen

Microsoft Powerpoint or other powerpoint programs are often used if one would want to make a presentation for a business meeting or for class. However, slides are a little bit boring and are not very interactive to the audience. So for the sake of making a better presentation, one should actually learn how to make a prezi powerpoint.

Just to give people an idea, Prezi is actually an online presentation maker that is so much better than Microsoft powerpoint because of the features. Now if one would want to check it out, he should just visit the website. Of course he first has to become a member in the website if he would want to use it.

Now when registering an account, he should take note that there are three types of memberships he can avail of. These are Public, Enjoy, and Pro and all of these ones would have different price ranges and different benefits. The Public one is free while Enjoy is four dollars and the Pro is thirteen dollars per month.

Now once one has already chosen which type of account he wants, then he may open up the program. Now the very first step in here is to boot the Prezi editor and click on New Presentation. When done, the website will forward the user to another page where he can do a little designing.

Once he has already started designing his presentation, he will notice that he can design every detail of his layout. He will also notice that his frames do not move in one single linear direction like in the Microsoft application. He will choose how they will be moving.

Now the next step in creating presentation will be the selection of a theme. Now one of the great things about this application is that there are a lot of templates that one can already choose from so that he does not have to create his own. So after choosing a nice template, he can start with the next step.

The next step would be to decorate the presentation by putting all kinds of things like texts, pictures, lines, charts, or graphs. Of course the number of things that he will be putting there will all depend on him. From there, he will then go to the path editor to fix the movement of the frames and add some effects.

Now the path editor is there so that the user can be able to choose what effects would be used when the frames would move. Once he has already decided on that, then he may save his presentation. Once he has already saved it to his desktop, then he may open it anytime he wants and then he can present it to his audience. If he would want, he can even download the Prezi app on his Ipad or Android if he has a small audience to present to.
