The Need Of Leg Bag Emptier For Disability

By Arthur Mitchell

There are several things that could a human beings from functioning. An accident may cause damage and forcing the person to live with that lose. Things such as losing an arm or leg can severely hamper the ability of a person to perform daily task. There are also the kind that can hamper ones mental and cognitive abilities. These sort of things may have occurred during early childhood or maybe later.

These sort of things are called disabilities. Having a certain disability has different meanings for many different communities. These could be used for mental or physical attributes. If one is unable to go to the bathroom to relieve themselves, then having a leg bag may be optional. These are useful for people that are bound to a wheel chair and having a leg bag emptier will also help out in the process.

The views of what having a disorder is have been a study that had been going on for hundred of years and is developed from all the different views had during all that time. The modern man looks at a disabled person is much different from how the middle aged man at them. It has during the period of enlightenment in Europe that changed all this.

Back in medieval times, the people than had a different outlook to those that are different. Often times when a person is affected with a mental illness many would refer to that person as mad or having madness. These conditions were accepted and taken as part of natures natural order. Thus plagues like the black plague that had spread through Europe as an act of nature and god himself.

The contemporary concept of disability has its roots in 18th and 19th century development. The development of clinical medical discourse, which allowed human bodies to be manipulated and studied was the foremost in its field. These had worked together with other discourses in order to classify and eventually, had become a way for normalizing the poor souls that suffer.

This new belief in science rather then occult or supernatural led to a shift in how things were done. This shift accumulated into a belief that the basis for diagnosis should be on scientific and biological reasons rather than those of supernatural qualities. This gave way for illness categorization and enabled doctors to have more information than ever before.

Europeans age of enlightenment had made an emphases on basing the knowledge on reason and how valuable natural science is to the progress of human beings. These in turn spawned the rise of institutions and facilities that observed the symptoms and categorized them. Among the facilities erected were asylums, clinics, and prisons as well.

During this time period, the idea of norm had began to take form. With ideas that instigated that a persons attributes within a population could be summed up and an average should be found. The figure found serves as the norm for the population. These ideas of statistical norm eventually formed the basis for the rise of eugenics. It should be noted that this is where abnormal, normal and non normal idea came from.

Thanks to all these ideas that were put together during the last hundred of years, people now have hope. The hope to heal from the difficult life that being disabled have given them. This had become a chance to fully recover from all pain that people had gone through with out it and its care.
