Why Join FHTM Marketing?

By Jonathan Cawley

I'm not talking about the why of all the training manuals - you know, the why that you are supposed to tape to your bathroom mirror. Something like, "Fix the Roof" or "Pay off the Car" or even " Get Out of Debt." I'll get to that later. What I am talking about is a much deeper why, the why that will keep you going when it seems like you are going nowhere and you don't know why anybody should care whether or not you fix your roof or pay off your car.

The entire sales industry, and especially multi level marketing, was summed up by Dale Carnegie, when he said, "You can close more business in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get people interested in you."

After over thirty five years in sales, I can positively state that becoming genuinely interested in other people is the only way to succeed in our industry. All the great names in sales - Dale Carnegie, Zig Ziglar, and Paul Orberson among them - succeeded because they were genuinely interested in other people. And that is why Fortune High Tech Marketing in particular, and networking marketing in general, are so great.

In Fortune High Tech Marketing, what we do, our entire focus and goal, is to help other people just like us - and especially our friends and families - achieve financial independence.

I can't emphasize this enough. Our job is to free people from the burden of debt and doubt and all the problems associated with the lack of financial stability.

"The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower [is] servant to the lender." Ps 22:7 Solomon said this hundreds of years ago, and it's still true today. It's our privilege to give people the means to free themselves from the bondage of financial worry and debt.

I would suggest to anyone starting out - or, for that matter, anyone who has been doing this for a while - and is feeling discouraged, or who feels uncomfortable "pestering" their friends and family, that they keep in mind what it is that we actually do. We help people attain financial independence.

But Jon, you say, not everybody who sees and accepts this opportunity is able to just jump in full time. That may be true, but tell me, would an extra $500 or $800 a month help you financially? I'm guessing that it would make a big difference in your families' lifestyle. It might make that car payment that you are having trouble making on time every month, or it might pay the orthodontist's or tuition bill. Maybe it will fund that savings account that you have been meaning to build, but something always seems to come up just when you are starting to get ahead.

The great thing about FHTM in particular and network marketing in general is that once you hit that level of monthly residual income, odds are that someone in your downline will get serious about his business and will create wealth for both of you!

That's what happened with Todd Rowland. But don't take my word for it, listen to Todd's story yourself:

By the way, if you've never met Todd, you really should. He epitomizes the person that is successful because he is genuinely interested in other people. Dale would have loved him. Well ok, Dale loved everybody, but you know what I mean.

If you get just this one lesson out of my how-to, you will not only be successful at network marketing, you will be successful in anything you put your mind to, including your marriage and every facet of your life. It really is a life changing concept, and the key to happiness in general.

And you say, whatever. Jon, I've heard all of this before. I know rich people who don't give a fig about anybody but themselves. Well, they may be financially wealthy but I'll bet they are personally miserable, and certainly will be if anything happens to that big pile of money that they've accumulated.

Zig Ziglar, that great salesman, said "You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want. "

Get that right and everything else will follow.

Network marketing is structured so that when you help people develop their business, automatically you are building your own. How beautiful and different that is from big corporations, (and many small businesses,) where employees compete for positions, promotion, and market share!

You've heard the acronym, JOB (Just Over Broke?) That's where most of us spend our lives. But that is going to change for you, starting today. By the time you are done reading this, you are going to have the tools and training to build your FHTM business to the place where you and your family can have the financial security that you have always dreamed of giving them.

All the training and tools, however, won't help you if you don't learn that first lesson: to be truly successful in network marketing, you must be genuinely interested in other people.
